Terms of Service
Not only will we look at your device or system we will contact you about any problems that we see not only to fix your current problem but to let you know if something else is going on with your device or system, so you have an understanding of what needs to be done and if you should be doing the repairs needed.
Our current price list is published on our website. If there is a service not listed please contact us to get a quote. If you are not sure about our pricing please feel free to contact us to go over your needs.
Repairs will be completed and an invoice will be sent to you at that time the device or services have been completed. Deposits will be required for a custom build.
All parts and services are guaranteed for a 90 days after the repair date. The warranty only covers the issue that the device or systems was serviced for not any other issues. It is recommended that all devices or systems are backed up before any service is completed.
If a device has been repaired but does run into a problem during the warranty period then we will refund you for the service call if we are unable to repair.
